This is an action of assumpsit. The declaration contains three counts. In the first it is alleged that on or about September 6,1930, “pursuant to prior arrangements effected between the plaintiff and defendants, the said defendants had in their possession belonging to the plaintiff, or held to the credit of the plaintiff,” the following shares of corporate stocks: Fifty shares of Radio Corporation of America, twenty-five shares of Electric Bond & Share Company, twenty-five shares of Bendix Aviation Corporation, twenty-five shares of General Electric Company…
