The accused was arraigned before a special courtrinartial on a charge of violating Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 686. Following his plea of guilty to the one specification, the court-martial imposed a sentence of bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $60.00 a month for two months, and confinement at hard labor for three months.
