1. The Georgia and Alabama Railway brought a petition in the nature of a bill of interpleader against the Bank of Unadillá, Butler, Stevens & Company, and others, for the purpose of having the title to certain bales of cotton determined. The case was referred to an auditor. Butler, Stevens & Company filed exceptions, both of law and fact, to the auditor’s report,* and the judge overruled all of the exceptions.
