The chancellor made a reference to a special register, appointed for the purpose, to take and state the account of Darrington, as the administrator cum testamento annexo of the estate of Wm. Matherson, deceased. The special register made a report, to which exceptions were filed on both sides. The chancellor passed finally and conclusively upon some of the exceptions; upon the others he passed with a reservation of the right to show upon a subsequent reference that which would be necessary to authorize a different ruling.
