The People appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Jefferson County which, for a second time, dismissed criminal charges against the defendant-appellee, Jon Randolph Jamerson, for failure to provide him with a speedy trial. Last year, in People v. Jamerson, 196 Colo. 63, 580 P.2d 805 (1978), this court held that the same trial court erred in granting an earlier motion by defendant to dismiss for lack of a speedy trial.
