This is an action brought under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act and the federal Truth in Lending Act for deceptive practices of Wichita Business College. The jury found for the plaintiff, Denise Manley. Actual damages, civil penalties and attorney fees were awarded. Wichita Business College appeals.
