Tho United Fuel Gas Company, appellant, hied its bill in the court below against the Swiss Oil Corporation, Tilomas A. Combs, its president, and E. L. McDonald, its secretary, praying for a mandatory injunction requiring said defendants to resume delivery of natural gas produced under certain leases originally held by the Onion Gas & Oil Company and assigned 1» the defendant corporation.
