[¶ 1] Faustina Fogarty appeals from a judgment of the Aroostook County Probate Court (Dunleavy, J.) following a new trial granted by the court on Juanita Flan-igan’s motion in connection with the probate of the Estate of George L. Fournier, the deceased brother of Fogarty and Flan-igan. Fogarty contends that the court erred in granting a new trial, and that the evidence does not support the court’s judgment following that new trial. We affirm the judgment.
