Diane Stackhouse appeals from the order of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, sustaining the preliminary objections of the Pennsylvania State Police on the basis of sovereign immunity and dismissing Stackhouse’s three-Count complaint in its entirety. For the reasons stated below, we reverse and remand with regard to that portion of Count I which seeks prohibitory injunctive relief, but af firm the dismissal of the balance of Stack-house’s complaint.
