United States v. Drapeau
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.
Harold Drapeau, Jr., was convicted of assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer resulting in bodily injury, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1) and (b), and was sentenced to twenty-seven months’ imprisonment and three years of supervised release. Drapeau appeals his conviction and sentence, arguing that the district court1 erred by denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal, improperly excluding character evidence of the alleged victim, and imposing additional conditions of supervised release after sentencing. We affirm.
