This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District in and for Beaver County, Utah. The action was commenced by the Milford State Bank against the West Field Canal and Irrigation Company and William T. Blackner to compel the defendants as conflicting claimants to interplead and litigate their respective claims.
