¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on November 4, 2002, following Appellant’s conviction by the court of theft, 1 simple assault, 2 recklessly endangering another person, 3 receiving stolen property, 4 and possessing an instrument of crime. 5 Herein, Appellant contends that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction, the verdict was against the weight of the evidence, and the court abused its discretion in denying the Commonwealth’s motion to disqualify his trial counsel.
