This suit was brought by the State of Texas, acting by and through the County Attorney of Parker County. The petition recites that the suit is brought pursuant to authority granted by Article 4666, Revised Civil Statutes, for the purpose of enjoining a common nuisance as defined by Article 4664, existing upon the premises described in the petition. It is further alleged that the suit is of a civil nature, and that jurisdiction thereof is conferred by Article 4667.
