Following her conviction of aggravated assault, 1 Patrice Stuart appeals, arguing that she received ineffective assistance of counsel. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.

In a single enumeration of error, Stuart argues that she received ineffective assistance of counsel because her trial counsel stipulated to the previously sworn testimony of a witness who was not present at trial.
