This is an action to recover damages for the breach of an alleged executory contract to accept a lease. The plaintiff corporation is the owner of the Medical-Dental building, located in the city of Portland, which is rented exclusively to physicians, surgeons, and dentists. The defendant is a physician and surgeon specializing in the treatment of the eye.
