Plaintiff Erik Wayne Johnson filed this pro se lawsuit against defendants Trott & Trott, P.C. (“Trott & Trott”) and Trott & Trott employee Katie Dimitriou (collectively, “Defendants”). The suit arises out of foreclosure proceedings on real property owned by Plaintiff. Defendants are a law firm who instituted the nonjudicial foreclosure on behalf of their client.
