The plaintiff, having recovered a judgment in the Circuit Court against the defendant, has issued an attachment execution thereon and summoned the Cumberland-Georges Creek Coal Company as garnishee. The coal company was chartered by the state of New Jersey, but is registered in Pennsylvania •as a foreign corporation and maintains an office in the city of Philadelphia.
