Miller, defendants, and the State Mutual Aid Association, garnishee. Charles Miller, in his lifetime, resided in Erie, Pa. He had two sons, James S. and W. H. Miller. Charles Miller became a member of the State Mutual Aid Association of Columbus Ohio.
