This' case is here on writ of error to review a final judgment for the defendants below entered by the Circuit Court of Highlands, County, Florida. It is a railroad accident case and occurred at a country' crossing between Sebring and Avon Park at a station known as “Lakemont.” The record shows that at the conclusion of all the evidence the trial court directed a verdict for the defendant.
