(after stating the facts) : The first assignment of error is based on the ruling of the court refusing to except Baya Harrison from an order excluding all the witnesses from the court room during the trial. The defendant moved to- except Mr. Harrison because he was not only a witness for the defendant, but also because he had prepared the case for the trial and stood in the position of client as a direct representative of the defendant.
