QUILLEN, Justice:
This is an appeal by a partnership, trading as Castle Mall Associates, from a decision of the Superior Court which granted summary judgment to Hamada, Inc., The Celotex Corporation and Barrett Roofing Materials Company, appellees. 1 Castle Mall Associates contracted in July, 1970 with a general contractor for construction of a shopping mall. A subcontract was formed between the general contractor and appel-lee, Hamada, Inc., for the construction of a roof using materials supplied by Celotex Corporation.
