OPINION
KLAPHAKE, Judge
Appellants Rollerblade, Inc., Nórdica, S.p.A. and Benetton Group S.p.A. challenge the summary judgment entered against them on four counts of breach of contract alleged in their complaint. Because there are no genuine issues of material fact and the district court did not err in its application of the law, we affirm.
