This matter is before the court on Applicant Trudy Nomm’s (“Nomm’s”) Motion to Intervene as a plaintiff. This case is a shareholder’s derivative action originally brought by Plaintiffs Judy Woodall (“Woodall”) and William Douglas Wright (“Wright”) against Defendants Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc., directors for Krispy Kreme, and certain other entities that entered business transactions with Krispy Kreme.
