MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Petition in a Case Ancillary to a Foreign Proceeding filed by Hideki Kojima (“Petitioner” or “Mr. Kojima”), as trustee of the estate of the Grandote Country Club Co., Ltd., on October 25, 1994, the Answer thereto filed by Dwight Harrison and Grandote International Ltd.
