In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Ingrassia, J.), dated June 29, 1988, as granted the cross motion of the defendant Power Test Realty Company Limited Partnership for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
