In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowd, J.), dated April 19, 1994, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant 416 Beach 116th Street Corp. which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs to the respondent payable by the appellants.
