This is an appeal from a judgment entered after a jury trial in three consolidated cases brought by the plaintiff, appellee, claiming damages for the wilful, negligent, reckless, wrongful and malicious entry upon the appellee’s land and the cutting and removal therefrom of trees and timber. The jury’s verdict was for $25,000 against the defendants, appellants, and in favor of the co-defendants, Johnson, Haymes and Tidewater Veneer Company.
