MEMORANDUM DECISION

SUSAN PIERSON SONDERBY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the Trustee’s objection to the unsecured claim of American. Ambassador Casualty Company. The Court sustains the Trustee’s objection and disallows American Am bassador Casualty Company’s claim because it was not timely filed.
