The sole issue in this consolidated appeal is whether General Statutes § 46b-127,1 the man*367datoiy juvenile transfer statute, which incorporates No. 94-2, § 6, of the 1994 Public Acts, July Special Session (1994 amendment), wherein the legislature eliminated the right to an immediate appeal from a court order transferring a juvenile matter to the regular criminal docket of the Superior Court, applies to juveniles who were charged with offenses that occurred prior to October 1, 1994, the effective date of the amendment.
