YOUMANS, District Judge.

Three creditors of the Sadler-Lusk Trading Company, a corporation, have filed a petition against it, alleging certain acts of bankruptcy, and praying that it be adjudged a bankrupt. The acts of bankruptcy charged and relied upon are:(1) That the corporation 'made an assignment of its property fi> Charles X. Williams, as receiver, by filing a petition in the chancery court for the Southern district of Logan county, Ark., admitting its insolvency and inability to pay its debts, and asking for and causing a receiver to be appointed to take charge of' its assets, and that…
