DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OFP THE CASE

James Townsend appeals his conviction and sentence for murder. 1

We affirm.

ISSUES

1. Whether there is sufficient evidence to support the eonvietion.

2. Whether the trial court abused its discretion in instructing the jury.

3. Whether Townsend's sentence is inappropriate pursuant to Indiana Appellate Rule 7(B).
