STATEMENT OF THE CASE

[1] Appellant-Defendant, Jimmy Wal-len, Jr. (Wallen), appeals' his conviction of theft, a Class D felony, Ind.Code § 35^3-4-2 (2013).

[2] We affirm.

ISSUE
