Appellant was convicted by a jury of delivery of a controlled substance.1 In this appeal he raises the following issues: (1) the lower court erred in denying a motion for a directed verdict of acquittal or in arrest of judgment, and (2) the lower court erred in denying a continuance.2 I would *563reverse the judgment of sentence and remand for a new trial.
