KEITH, Justice.

The appeal is from an order overruling defendant’s plea of privilege to be sued in El Paso County. Plaintiff, proceeding in a southerly direction on U. S. Highway 59, a four-lane highway in San Jacinto County, was approaching a railroad underpass. A truck proceeding northerly was also approaching the underpass. Suddenly, there was a tremendous explosion, accompanied by a loud noise and the air was filled with debris and dust.
