MANDELBAUM, District Judge.

This is a motion by the defendant to vacate and quash a: notice under Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c for the taking of the depositions of certain officers of the defendant, the City of New York.
