This Chapter 11 adversary proceeding is before the Court pursuant to the Debtors’ motions to strike or dismiss certain affirmative defenses, claims of setoff, counterclaims, and a jury demand filed by defendant, Morley P. Thompson.
The Debtors commenced this action on May 23, 1984 by filing a relatively simple turnover complaint seeking to collect on four installment loans made by Baldwin-United Corporation (“BU”) to Thompson while he was president of the company.
