¶1 Plaintiff/Appellant Bernestine Johnson (Johnson) brought a wrongful termination suit against Defendant/Appellee St. Simeon's Episcopal Home, Inc. (St. Simeon's). Johnson alleged she was discharged in retaliation for filing two Workers' Compensation claims. St. Simeon's moved to dismiss the case based on the Nursing Home Care Act, which prohibits nursing homes from employing nurse's aids with drug distribution convictions. Johnson appeals from the trial court's order *199granting St. Simeon's motion to dismiss. We affirm.
