This matter comes before the Court on the Defendant, TMF, Incorporated’s, Motion for Summary Judgment (document no. 13). This is an admiralty case brought against the vessel owner by a crewmember for personal injuries received during a voyage in November 2001. The Motion for Summary Judgment was filed on March 31, 2003 and is fully briefed.
