In this medical fraud action, the defendants, Joseph Johnson, M.D. and Athens Orthopedic Clinic, P.A. (collectively “Dr. Johnson”), filed a motion for summary judgment on the fraud, punitive damages, and expenses of litigation claims brought by the plaintiff, Cedric Johnson.
