ANDREWS, Presiding Judge.
Christy R. Standard sued Nathan Falstad and his employer, Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P., for maliciously prosecuting her for the offense of felony theft by shoplifting, and for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and sought the imposition of punitive damages and the award of attorney fees pursuant to OCGA § 13-6-11. Standard appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Wal-Mart. For the following reasons, we affirm.
