This case presents an appeal from an order of the Corporation Commission of the state, requiring the plaintiff in error, the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railway Company, to remove from the confines of the city of Nowata, a station on its line and the county seat of Nowata county, Olda., certain stockpens maintained by the company therein, and to prepare plans and specifications for a passenger depot to be submitted to the commission for its approval by October 1, 1909, and providing that the depot shall be built where the present depot is now located, and shall be of such size and…
