On September 15, 1906, the Railroad Commission of Wisconsin, upon complaint made by and in behalf of a number of persons residing in the town of Garfield, Polk county, and after hearing said complainants and the railway company, made an order that the Minneapolis, St. Pcml & Sault Ste.
