McINERNEY, Justice.
This action was commenced by the owners of land under an oil and gas lease, executed on January 12, 1956, seeking a decree canceling the lease, herein called the Carter lease, covering the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Twp. 13 N, Range 5 E, Lincoln County, Oklahoma, except the producing well site which is in the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, and seeking an award in damages.
