This was an action brought in the probate court of Noble county, on the 29th day of March, 1897, by the plaintiff in error, D. F. Huddleston, against the board of county commissioners, defendant in error, to recover the sum of $26.15 for services rendered as a petit juror during the November term, 1895, of the district court of said county.
