In this case appellant seeks to restrain the revival and enforcement of a judgment at law against him. He places great reliance upon the allegations in his bill that no process was served upon him in the proceedings resulting in the judgment, and that he had no knowledge of the proceedings or of the judgment until after the expiration of the time allowed for the prosecution of an appeal or writ of error.
