Introduction

On February 9, 1982, plaintiffs instituted this action by filing a complaint in the Circuit Court of Washington County, Arkansas. On May 13, 1982, this Court quashed the service effectuated by the *36plaintiffs as not complying with state law. The second attempt to serve the complaint on Beech Aircraft Corporation was not completed until June 7, 1982, 118 days after filing.
