ROONEY, Justice.
Appellants-defendants appeal from a summary judgment entered against them in an action on a $120,000.00 promissory note. The $120,000.00 was part of the consideration to be paid by appellants to appellees-plaintiffs for purchase of the latter’s shares of stock in the Western National Bank of Lovell, Lovell, Wyoming. Appellants had also moved for a summary judgment and had counterclaimed for $176,962.00, said to be the amount of loss resulting from inability to collect on two loans to bank customers.
