The Bankruptcy Court, sitting as special master, has recommended that the action brought by Steyr Daimler Puch of America Corporation (Puch), as well as any claims of the trustee, be dismissed. Puch’s complaint seeks recovery primarily on alter ego and “piercing the corporate veil” theories of liability against James J. Pappas (Pap-pas) and American Hawk, U.S.A. Inc.
