CLAY, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Sherry Jones appeals from the district court’s order granting summary judgment to Defendants Union County, Tennessee (“Union County”) and Union County Sheriffs Department (“the Sheriffs Department”) pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 56(c). In granting summary judgment, the district court found that there was no genuine issue of material fact suggesting that Plaintiffs constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 were violated when Plaintiff was shot by her ex-husband allegedly as a result of the Sheriffs Department’s failure to serve an ex parte order of…
