After the decision of this court in Pacific Power & Light Co. v. White, 96 Wash. 18, 164 Pac. 602, that the complaint in this case stated a cause of action, a trial was had, resulting in a judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendants appeal. The facts are sufficiently stated in the former opinion. The defendants present their claims of error as follows:
